Notices people read, decisions people can see
Publish notices and see who has acknowledged them. Run polls, take complaints with photos, let residents book amenities inside the rules you set, and hold meetings whose minutes lock once published.
- Notices
- Acknowledged, with reminders
- Polls
- One vote per flat or per resident
- Minutes
- Locked once published

Notices with a record of who has read them
Write a notice, attach a PDF or an image, and publish it now or at a set time to the towers and roles it concerns. Residents get a push and acknowledge it in the app. The committee sees who has and who hasn’t, and can remind the rest.
- Audience
- The whole society, or chosen towers and roles.
- Second thoughts
- Retract a published notice, with the reason recorded.

Polls with one vote per flat, or per person
Ask a single-choice question with two to eight options and decide whether each flat or each resident gets a vote. Residents can change their vote until the poll closes, and see the results once they have voted or the poll has closed.
- Not anonymous
- The committee sees how each member voted.
- Closing
- Members are notified when a poll closes.

Complaints that don’t vanish into a group chat
Residents raise a complaint with photos, a category and a priority. Each category carries its own SLA hours and default assignee, so the complaint lands with the right person and moves from open to in progress, on hold, resolved and closed, or back to reopened.
- Priority
- Low, medium, high or urgent.
- Comments
- The resident and the committee comment on the complaint as it moves.
- SLA dates
- Each complaint shows its due date, and the helpdesk counts those past it.

Amenities booked inside the rules you set
For each clubhouse, hall or court, set the weekly booking windows, the shortest and longest booking, the capacity and how many days ahead residents can book, and optionally hold back flats with dues pending. Residents book any open slot straight away, with no approval queue to clear.
- Fees
- Added to the flat’s invoice.
- Cancellations
- Cancel in time, 24 hours ahead by default, and the fee is credited back.

Meetings with an agenda, a quorum and minutes that stay put
Schedule a meeting for its audience with agenda items, collect RSVPs, mark attendance and see whether quorum is met. Published minutes are locked and fingerprinted with a SHA-256 hash, so the record can’t be quietly edited afterwards. Meetings can be rescheduled or cancelled.
- RSVP
- Yes, no or maybe from each member invited.
- Reminders
- Sent by the organiser when needed.

A Social tab, kept apart from society records
The Social tab opens the Qviple social network inside OGSetu: profiles, posts, comments and reactions, chat and group chat, stories, communities and events. It is shared across Qviple apps, not private to your society, and it sits apart from notices, complaints and the other records the committee keeps.
